| To Register As An Individual Buyer: |

- You MUST be 18 years old to register for a Bidding Number
- Go to Clerk Trailer at the auction site. It is required that you provide a Valid Driver's License or Proper Picture Identification for Identification Purposes
- Your Social Security Number will not be fully recorded if that is the same as your DL number
- If your address is not current on your driver's license, please inform the Clerk - they will probably ask you but just in case, let them know
- You will then receive your bidding number card

- When you receive your Bidding Number Card, take careful note of your number.
- From this point on, that Bidding Number Registration has established a contract between you and the auction company.
- If you hear the auctioneer call your number as the winning bidder for an item that you have not purchased - you MUST notify the auctioneer IMMEDIATELY.
- When the auctioneer says "Sold" and the clerk records your number, you are responsible for the item and payment in the amount of your bid for that item. If you are not sure what your bid was - ASK.

| To Register As An Exempt Buyer: |

| As a Tax Exempt Bidder, you must provide the same information as an Individual Bidder as well as Tax Exempt information as listed below the individual requirements. Report your Tax Exempt Status to the Clerk when you register for your bidding number so you are not charged tax when you make payment. You must report your exempt status - AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION - to be exempt in our system. |

| BUSINESS / EXEMPTION Information |
- You must have authority to represent the business
- You must have a sales tax number to be exempt
- You must have a Signed Resale Certificate on File (prior to bidding)
- You can download a copy of this certificate by clicking here
- The State of South Dakota requires that you file a new certificate with us annually
- That's all there is to it!
